Warranty Coverage

Firetube Nordic provides a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Firetube Nordic will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the product

• Replace the defective part

• Replace the product

• Provide a partial or full refund

Warranty Conditions

This warranty applies only if:

• The product has been used in accordance with its intended purpose

• The product has been installed correctly and safely

• All maintenance instructions have been followed

The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with local installation regulations and safety requirements.

Improper installation or failure to comply with local building or fire regulations voids the warranty.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does NOT cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic changes (including paint fading, discoloration, surface marks)

• Damage caused by improper use

• Damage caused by incorrect installation

• Damage caused by external impact

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or modification

• Corrosion due to environmental conditions

• Damage caused by force majeure (fire, flood, storm, etc.)

Any modification or alteration of the product voids the warranty.

Improper use automatically voids the warranty.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim:

• The customer must notify Firetube Nordic by e-mail at info@firetubenordic.com

• Proof of purchase is required

• Photos and description of the issue must be provided

• Firetube Nordic may request additional inspection

Products must not be returned without prior written approval.

Limitation of Liability

Firetube Nordic shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages

• Consequential damages

• Loss of use

• Installation costs

• Removal or reinstallation costs

Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

Important Notice

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

This warranty does not affect mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU law.
