Delivery

All products are shipped from our EU warehouse.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and are usually dispatched within 3–7 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and courier service.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Firetube Nordic is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day EU Return Policy)

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

• The customer must notify us within 14 days by e-mail at info@firetubenordic.com

• The return must be approved by Firetube Nordic before shipment

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused

• The product must be undamaged

• The product must be in its original packaging

• All accessories and documentation must be included

Products showing signs of use, installation, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

Returns may only be shipped after prior written return approval from Firetube Nordic.

Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Products damaged due to improper use

• Products modified or altered

• Damage caused by incorrect installation

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic changes such as paint wear or surface discoloration

• Damage caused by external factors, force majeure, or misuse
