Terms of use of the online shop

  1. Terms of sale
  • 1.1 The Seller sells and the Buyer buys the pellet stoves offered through the online shop.
  • 1.2 All prices in our online shop are in Euro and include VAT.
  • 1.3 The Seller reserves the right to change the prices at any time.
  1. Order and payment
  • 2.1 To place an order, you need to select a product and add it to the cart.
  • 2.2 Fill in the required information and select the appropriate delivery method.
  • 2.3 Payment is carried out securely through the payment solutions provided.
  • 2.4 The order is deemed confirmed when the payment is received in the Seller’s bank account.
  1. Delivery
  • 3.1 Products will be delivered by cargo.
  • 3.2 Product delivery is usually made within 7-10 working days after receipt of payment.
  • 3.3 The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of the delivery address.
  1. Right of withdrawal and return
  • 4.1 The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods.
  • 4.2 The product to be returned must be unused and the original packaging must be intact.
  • 4.3 The Buyer pays the shipping costs when returning the product.
  • 4.4 To withdraw, the relevant notification must be sent to the following e-mail address info@firetubenordic.com
  • 4.5 The Seller shall refund the amount paid within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
  1. Warranty and claims
  • 5.1 Products are subject to a statutory claims period of 2 years.
  • 5.2 Claims must be submitted in writing to the e-mail address info@firetubenordic.com.
  • 5.3 The Seller shall not be liable for any damage caused by misuse of the product.
  1. Processing of personal data
  • 6.1 The Seller processes the personal data of the Buyer only for the purpose of order fulfillment.
  • 6.2 Data will not be transferred to third parties without the consent of the recipient.
